Autumn Apple Bourbon Fizz


  • Orange wedges to rim the glass
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon + 1 tablespoon Sugar for the rim
  • 3 tablespoon Apple Butter
  • 2 oz. Bourbon
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • 4 to 6 oz chilled Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
  • Fresh figs for garnish


  1. Rim your glass with a wedge of citrus. Stir together the cinnamon and sugar on a plate. Dip the rim in the cinnamon sugar.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice. Add the apple butter, bourbon, and a pinch of cinnamon. Shake well for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass. Fill the glass with ginger ale or ginger beer and serve.
