The Bloody Caesar
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs. Celery salt
- 1 tbs. Salt
- 1 tbs. Pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. Tabasco Hot Sauce
- 1 Lime quartered
- 6 oz. Vodka
- 24 oz canned Clamato Juice
- Olives, celery, or pickles to garnish.
Directions:
Start by moistening the rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge. On a small plate mix together salts and pepper. Dip the rimmed glass into the seasonings and sake off excess. Add ice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, Vodka and Clamato to your highball glass. Squeeze in half of the lime and give it a good stir. Garnish with your salty snack of choice and the last lime wedge.
