Ingredients:

• Ice Cubes
• 4 oz. of rye whiskey
• 2 oz. simple syrup
• 1 1/2 oz of lime juice
• 1/2 oz of grenadine
• orange slice and black cherry for garnish

Makes drinks for two

Instructions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the whiskey, simple syrup, and lime juice then shake it up! Toss in the grenadine and give it one last shake. Strain everything into 2 chilled stemmed glasses. Grab a toothpick and push the sharp end through the cherry first then through the rind of the orange to the edge of the slice.  Rest the flat side of the orange slice on the lip of the glass.
