Champagne Floats  

A sophisticated, grown up twist on a classic.    

 

 

Ingredients:
1 bottle of champagne
1 blue raspberry Italian Ice
1 cherry Italian Ice
1 lemon Italian Ice
Swizzle sticks for garnish

Sprite for a kid friendly version

 

 

Directions:
Super easy but fun. Divide a bottle of champagne between at least 3 stem glasses. Leave a little room at the top. Using a melon baller,  gather your choice of flavor and add 3 balls in a glass. Repeat the same for each flavor and you have made some patriotic drinks. Add your swizzle stick for garnish.

For the the little ones, Divide sprite into 3 glasses and repeat the same process with the melon baller and Italian Ice.
