The Teacher’s Pet
Harry created this drink in honor of all the Henderson High and Sports Academy teachers going back to the classroom. Lord knows they’ll need it. (And maybe you do too.) Here’s to all the teachers out there.

Instructions:

Fill a highball glass with ice.

Add one ounce spiced rum.

Add four ounces of apple cider.

Top with a little ginger ale.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
