Harry knows my favorite ingredient in any drink is ginger beer. (Which is a non-alcoholic mixer if you’ve never tried it.) He surprised me with this delicious autumn inspired drink after he picked up apple cider at the farmer’s market held out on Thor’s plantation.

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz. Vodka
• 2 oz. ginger beer
• 1 oz. apple cider
• A squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to ice. Stir and garnish with an apple slice.
