Rudolph’s Revenge

I thought Harry was so smart in coming up with the name Rudolph’s Revenge, but of course I found several drinks named that on the internet. One actually used venison broth in the cocktail! Here is a less gamey version.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 1 oz. Chambord (black raspberry liquor)
  • 1 oz. Cointreau (orange liquor)

Instructions:

Shake all three ingredients together with ice. Serve in a chilled martini glass with the ice and topped with a scoop of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, along with a cherry for Rudolph’s nose.

Here’s a video.
