Harry needed to brighten Emelina’s spirits because another woman is making a play for her man. (Just wait until you read All Star.) Harry froze his best strawberries in place of ice so the Big Em’s drink would be especially pretty and not become watered down.

Pimm’s is a UK favorite but can be found in the US anywhere. It is a gin-based liquor-type alcohol best blended with mixers. 

To make two cocktails you’ll need:
20 strawberries
10 oz. of lemonade
2 fresh mint leaves (plus more for garnish)
6 oz. Pimm’s

1. Freeze 14 of the strawberries for 2 hours.
2. Blend 6 strawberries, 2 oz. lemonade, and mint in a blender. Strain.
3. Add frozen strawberries to two tall glasses.
4. Fill a shaker with ice, the strawberry juice, the remainder of the lemonade, and the Pimm’s. 
5. Shake and pour into prepared glasses.
